Anyone working on kubernetes.. ela untadi vay for non development background vallaki. Plus emina vere addon nerchukovala like aws etc or just kubernetes tho survive avocha..

Yes, 

Linux and general system architecture knowledge is must - you should know basics of  Linux networking, Linux storage and linux system admin .

Linux and shell scripting varaku manage cheyagalanu with my background.. only kubernetes +shell+ansible  tho survive avocha as I already have dba exp? Malla kube+ addon ga aws /azure /devops nerchukovala..

Ala addon ite just azure devops nerchukunte bane untada? Billing deniki high untadi?  Current 62/hr vastundi

Seriously  considering to switch from dba role but azure/aws cloud engg Or sol arch. Or azure Devops or kubernetes administrator  edi best pls suggest?

Shift to azure data engineer role since you are DBA

y switch from dba? k8s side..u want to become admin r dvpr? 

 

anyhow..if u know linux basics..start with udemy k8s course by mohd...also do u know anything abt docker containers...start with docker n then move to k8s

You need to know linux concepts, docker and docker swarm concepts to start with k8s. 

But in general ante only K8S kudaa not enough. Ansible use chestaru k8s cluster creation automation ki majority of the people and now cluster API ani edho vachindhi.

K8S antha plug-ins based ee vubtadhi. Container network interfaces like flannel, calico, weave, Cillium etc or container storage interfaces like local, host path, cloud provider based, nfs etc. understanding vundaali. Cloud provided load balancers understanding vundaali k8s service ki. Kube ***** and Core DNS understanding vundaali networking and dns ki. How to manage nosql anedhi idea vundaali etcd (key/value) management ki. Backups ki Valero ani or other tools vuntayi so avi. Observability ki ELK stack, prometheus, grafana, node exporter, grafana ala, service meshes like linkerd or istio, discovery or config stores like consul/vault, cluster auto scalers concepts and terrafrom if you manage the cluster in cloud, ansible or gitops or Jenkins for image building or deployment automation, Argo or Flux or harness etc for deployment strategies etc 

What I mentioned is tip of an iceberg .. k8s adoption is already huge and will only go up

DBA role taggipotundi so wanted to switch to new tech.. Ma front end lo k8 bro so basic idea ite undhi.   Momshad course complete chesa but bita k8 admin ga velladaniki emi kavalo em telsundalo artham kavatle..

Ansible use chestunna current db deployments ki.. k8 kuda lite touch undhi with min working knowledge but not an expert..  so just k8 + ansible roles untaya? Pay ela untundi?
