first of all rahul gandhi has to be clear about his role in party.is he coming back as president ? If not will be let anyone act as independent president 

Second , High command culture has to die. he has to accept  strong leaders with mass following rather than sycopants of high command. 

Ex. Sachin pilot over gehlot 

Third , congress has to return back to it's roots in several states and start attracting the estranged votebase 

Ex. In Andhra congress votebank is all in ycp now , but their state leadership is supporting  amaravathi. Will they gain even a single ward by supporting real estate batch ? Infact they will lose any of the remaining votes they had 

Same way in Bengal Congress lost all its sc/st vote bank to bjp because they started only pandering to muslims(who will vote tmc anyway) and ignored original votebase

next. Rahul Gandhi's options are limited. His fiscal plan is decent. It has broad based social welfare schemes in it. He should campaign on that. He didn't do that last time. Instead spoke about his 6000/- a month transfer in one meeting, and completely buried that plan later.

he went around visiting Temples, trying to outflank BJP from the sanghi side. Its impossible for him to do so.

migatha anni plans and advice to Rahul gandhi is asking him to embrace anti muslim stance of common Indian. Its good that he doesn't listen to these advice. Congress party 10gi poyna parley.

Bjp actually encourages popular leaders , it is actually their USP

Advani was past his expiry date and the party correctly dumped him even if he built the party organisation single handedly 

I am not saying congress to have internal democracy , I am just saying it has to pick the winning horses even if it means conceding some ground in decision making

Sachin pilot over Ashok Gehlot is the easiest decision to make but they won't do it because they are insecure about him being more popular than rahul gandhi.

Rahul Gandhi already had such a team and all of them led to disastrous results in 2014,19 😂
