I am not saying taste difference between halal vs non-halal meat … what is mean taste difference between meat from halal store vs american grocery store

Get organic chicken from local store and buy a butcher knife man. Cutting chicken is very easy. You can cut in 20 mins.

It is about freshness more than it being halal. Meat is fresher in halal stores. In an American grocery store the meat is mostly frozen or they don’t sell goat at all so halal stores are the only option.

I think all meat is delivered in  frozen state by the wholesale dealer . Probably desi stores make them look fresher by letting it sit at room temperature for more than 24 hrs and wash with water .
