Why women are less motivated than men in career growth aspect

It almost seems like they are afraid of taking up leadership positions. deep inside they are still afraid to lead. They are comfortable with typical engineer roles.

I’m not talking about just desi women. It’s for women of all races and nationalities.

May be few women like kamalamma are exception to this. She aspires to become most powerful human in this free world one day.

Lets talk about the opposite

If women take leadership positions, the world wouldn't be balanced. World needs slaves/ maids/servants!! who will do the work if everyone takes leadership positions and become bosses. Either men or women there must be a balance ratio of slaves: Masters in the corporate jungle

see for eg. someone like you, who has an oversized ego, but still is restricted in thinking capacity, because you are conditioned to tick boxes of achievements to feel important. most men are like that. losers.

women have the capacity to think laterally, are more social etc. and so they don't want to get into this stupid rat race where they have to piss off a dozen of their friends to tick one of the social achievement boxes. They are happy to get along and extract social privilege via their acts, instead of empty talk and boasting like men (eg. you).

conclusion: men are insecure and need validation of career growth to feel needed by people around them, while also abusing them physically and mentally with gay abandon. women are less insecure and content.

I think you misunderstood the whole notion here. Women by nature are more agreeable. They are more inclined to disagree on personal topics. However that’s not the case in professional issues. They struggle in taking hard stances on leadership issues.

Also, the Darwin’s evolutionary concept is applicable to one and all. I mean regardless of our gender.

The aspiration of a man to be fittest, wealthiest and strongest is not even a choice. It’s an evolutionary instinct rather than a social construct.
