Yes..Some ppl did …if you all are thick friends it will work..otherwise not…

Very easily. 4-5 folks buy a cpl acres lot.
Keep in mind though, not easy getting a loan for a vacant land. you'll have to shell out cash.

in this labor shortage environment it is very risky to attempt building on your own.

getting contractors and labor is a headache now

Ee market lo oka neighborhood lo illulu dorkatamay kashtam inka discounts endukistharu… they don’t even give a **… May be home improvement projects ki group lo contractors ni hire cheskuntey help aythadi! They might give discounts like Garage epoxy, fireplace in the backyard , converting lights to ceiling fans in the rooms, extra outlets/switches , converting dining area or office room , adding more closets in the bedrooms /garage, smart window blinds , home theater room setup .. house antey chala untay kaka
