There is no right time to buy a home if you are living in there.. and don’t worry about whether the house prices will go up or down in the future as long as you plan to live there for 10yrs… as long as the house is affordable for you,  get it when the rates are low.. you will definitely save on the rent and you also build equity…

Agree with you but current market inventory Ledu….will have less choice of homes

Where are you looking for homes? Less inventory is due to huge pent up demand and migration from other Tier 1 cities.. Ma Dallas lo aithe konni homes unnaayi… but prices are too high though… also, winter lo very few used homes will be in the market.. so overall market inka raise lo untundi

Inflation forecast show it will be same or above current levels of 2.3%

Fed Interest rates penchina, home prices will rise for few years or at least an year, home inventory will rise but not at the levels of Pre Covid due to supply chain and labor shortages

If you are buying a home to live, there is no better time than now, good thing is you wont see even if there is 20% drop in home value as long as you have a job, employment market is awesome now, so stop looking for a crash, you will not know when it will happen

with the current levels of printing, there is no question of going down at least in 2022

don't expect so many jobs in Texas once pandemic ends, move to TX as long as you have a remote job that you know you can keep for 3-5 yrs once you buy home
