for around 500k house, it will come back to those prices again at some time or the other. monthly payments also will be reasonable for a tech salary. take 10/1 arm to get better rates. no one usually stays full 30yrs in same house.

Tell me one good tech area where u get home for <500k. All cash tho konta

Don't time the market. If you are comfortable and will stay in the area for next 5 years go ahead. Location is very important. 

If suppose, real estate padipoyindhi anuko, keep cash and buy more!!!

Companies ki enduku expensive??  They are saving on lot many things kada like lease and maintenance

does school district really matter ah bros.. 5-6 review untey best a na..or it will be very bad for children education na..? confused nenu kuda try cheddama vadda..too much pressure.. andaru kontunnaru ani kadu though, inka next year ekkadaki potayo ani..koncham distance podam antey school district ratings low unnay..

pisal kosam chusukoni , kids education potadi emo ani thinking!!

generally speaking, only if already many Indian kids in the class, even 6+ should be good enough. it will rise up eventually as most Indian kids do well and are competitive in acads. 

if ur unsure and don’t want to risk it, why not buy a smaller home or townhome in the expensive school district that you think is good.

Another option look for charter schools / private schools for better standards though expensive but worth investing.
