Which Location is Best for Desis with kids near to Charlotte, NC or border of SC ? Please give reason as well....

FortMill too saturated baa don't even think about it, too many desis moved there over the last 5 years. 

Rockhill still okay somewhat better, Gastonia too under developed at the moment so won't recommend. 

Indian land is the best at the moment, plus close to Red Ventures so plenty of demand for houses there

North part of Concord best vaa with better schools + kids activities near by + significant desi + proximity but not many open houses

Looks like they have new construction going..

Can anyone shed some light is it good area to buy ?

Is 735k with fully upgraded with basement 3600+ sqft ? 

Is it worth ?
