Well said....here 13 or 14 year old kids have sex also... Mostly Americans or blacks, especially in low income areas...

Even in reputed high schools, it's not uncommon for one or two pregnancy cases ... You can imagine how many will be having sex .. Most high schools are now making condoms available- which is common in colleges
