Leander motham anthe undi Ipudu 2.9% property tax anta .. so for a 500-550k house u end up paying 1500-1600$/month

but I still feel it is way too far for my liking

There are very few communites where tax rate is 2.3 to 2.5%. If you are planning to buy investment property then it is not at all a good idea. Owner occpuied aithe you can apply for homestead and Market value Vs what is paid for the property catchup avvataniki it will take few years. Inka entha appreciate avuthaio no idea already 30% increased. Northline/LenaderSprings kuda domain level lo develop aithe inka appreciate avuthai but that is a long way to go. 

Check Bryson, Crystal Falls, and W Bar Ranch communities.

I visit Larkspur/Bar W Ranch/Palmera Ridge quiet often.. I have friends there .. recent ga another friend of mine signed up at Homestead 

i am not able to convince myself to buy home here yet.. it just don’t feel good to pay 1500-1600$/month just towards property tax,

to be frank .. epudu konna kuda .. with increased prices .. property taxes kuda touching sky heights .. 420k house ki 18months back 1200$ pay chesevaallu .. ipudu 650k aindi same house ante .. they will end up paying 1800-1900/month towards property tax .. 

one time pay chesi intlo ki move aipodham ani kadhu kada .. such a steep increase is not good ..

Evadiki telusu bro intha crazy aythadani.. lot of people thought things would drop to ground .. in fact observe first quarter of 2020 until June 2020 Austin market dropped … then with crazy moving during the fall season things went crazy highs… 

now not much worth though
