New Year's resolutions enti vaa - health wise

I made 3 resolutions: 

1) Daily walk/run/jog 15,000 steps - So far achieved this 10 consecutive days and want to continue for 100 days non stop

2) Meditate 20 minutes everyday preferably early in the morning

3) Get up at 5 am everyday inc weekends and holidays, winters etc no excuses.

4) Quit alcohol and Reduce smoke to be able to quit by next new year

5) Read books and spend only 2 hrs before personal laptop

6) Reduce personal phone calls less than 3 mins and Work meetings to be less than 30 mins..over all phone should be less than 3 hrs a day( Since two years I have been on calls for more than 6 hrs a day)

7) Consume 4 liters water a day( last year nunchi chesthunna), but want to continue without reminders

also mediate, anger management chesukovali

atomic habits lo suggest chesinattu. 
for ex bathroom lo you do it; then don't take phone to bathroom so that you avoid doing it there; ala ala chesukoni povadame
