The ongoing ticket prices issue and heated arguments between movie stars and political leaders is stirring up more controversies each day. Also the movie stars at pre release events are being questioned by the journos about their reaction on ticket prices row.

While all other films like RRR and Radhe Shyam stepped back due to Omicron scare, Nagarjuna’s Bangarraju is going for a release. Nagarjuna was asked about the theater ticket prices issue and he has got some clear answers.

“I don’t want to talk about politics from the cinema stage. The ticket rates in Andhra Pradesh are not going to affect my film” said Nagarjuna, when quizzed about the ongoing ticket prices row in AP, when he was announcing the release date of his upcoming film Bangarraju on Wednesday evening. When asked again, he said if the ticket prices are high the movie would be able to collect a little more.

Nagarjuna has directly opened up on one thing that the tickets price row is nothing but a political thing. Another thing is, Nagarjuna stressing it out that those prices won’t affect his film, only indicates that either his film tickets are not sold at huge rates or the fact that he has already sold out the film to Zee Studios that the box office collection doesn’t matter much to them.

Well, a senior hero like Nagarjuna deciding not to give a scope to controversies on the topic is a clever move, but it might have made many folks from film fraternity unhappy.
