Though Yadadri is 70-80 kms from Core Hyd city, now it’s just 35 kms from Ghatkesar (city has expanded until Ghatkesar today). Real estate has developed a lot but Government has acquired 1500 acres of land and transferred it to YTDA which will be used for various developmental activities of the temple city. TBH, even Vemulawada within 35 kms of Karimnagar can’t get the footfall close to 1 lakh constantly throughout the year. I know on occasions like festivals Mahashivaratri, ekadashi and others, footfall will go up but won’t remain constantly. Dharmapuri is least developed bro, I have been there just 6 months back. Real estate development valla Yadadri pakkana villages lo janaalu aithe develop ayindru kada bro. I’m guessing Yadadri income will surpass Tirumala’s also in 10-15 years because of being closer to Hyderabad city.

bro … vemulawada lo Sunday, Monday , Friday vocche janam tirumala kanna ekkuva untadhi okkosari… Monday 2L janam vocchina rojulu unnayi… minimum 1L during samakka-Sarakka. Daily 5K people  thote telangana lo richest temple avthadha ? Hyderabad ki dgaggara ani rich batch Yadadri potharu kani vemulawada ki vocchedhi mottham poor  people… mostly lambadas. Yes vemulawada is much more famous than yadadri particularly in north telangana districts … sometimes it takes hours to darshan … as far as I know every family visit vemulawada atleast once a year, after marriage, first hair cut

and the place has more temples in addition to shiva temple + a small mosque 🕌 … actually great spiritual and diverse place than yadari

Don’t think so … Yadadri development is real but tirumala surpass is a myth … I don’t think it even surpass vemulawada… intial craze untadhi emo but over hyped

I agree, but Hyderabad ki daggarunna Yadadri ki ichinantha importance TRS govt. migatha temples ki ivvadu and they have their own reasons for it. Even KCR is thinking to contest from Aler constituency (Yadadri falls in this constituency) in 2023 elections…

1969 Telangana movement lo Khammam role was main and crucial and today Khammam is more developed than Karimnagar and Nizamabad under TRS rule brother. North TG South TG topic is irrelevant and it’s not seen on the ground.

Why do think so? Even during the construction they are 30k visitors on a daily basis and on weekends it is touching 70-80k. It is not just temple they are developing, they developing it as a tourism circuit with a lot of fun activities - Basvapur reservoir, Kolanpaka Jain temple, Bhongiri fort. 

It will be a must see kind of an attraction who ever is visiting Hyderabad. 20 million passengers just flow in and out of Hyderabad airport - imagine the visitors via other means of transportation. it is not like Hyderabad is exploding with weekend getaways like Bangalore or Chennai and that itself should make it a great weekend experience.

Also shridi out of no where could match Tirupathi why not Yadagirigutta. Religious marketing is something else apart from personal beliefs. god is same in both Yadagiriigutta or tiruptahi - lord Vishnu
