Annual bonus every year vastadi for example 

Oka level ki 10% inko level ki 15% per year 20% so on that you will get every year

There is something like joining bonus which yiu will get only once when yiu join (some compa ones like Amazon prorate istaru monthly)

Health Insurance

HSA - How much employer contributing, make sure you have good HSA balance for future medical needs, based on this value go for health insurance plans, depending on needs of you and your spouse, health and medical conditions...Normally companies off 1 time yearly balance of 1k-2k, and you contribute and save too, this is tax exempt so and  important for health savings

Yearly increments - 2-3% depends on perfarmance, happens in first quarter

stocks - if they offering
