there is a real shortage of medical personnel especially due to Covid. In Ontario they have even started excepting credentials of medical people from other countries like India, Pakistan, Africa, the Caribbean without having them need to requalify when they are here.

Kerala's next destination for migration is west , specifically through nursing jobs 

If you are able to converse in English , nursing jobs are the easiest path to migration.
