6.8 is hba1c anta..it is a three month average, so it is not sudden, anduke doc was confident anukunta..

Its normal these days. Cut down on carbs and refined sugar and exercise a bit. 

Your fatty liver will be back to normal and you'll feel healthy with normal sugar levels. All the best

lifestyle issue kuda baa..ikkada we don't move at all. sit all the time. everything is mechanized. so even working out twice a week may not be enough if we are sitting the rest of the time. steps count chesevadiva before you  got your diabetes? average entha kadultunnavo kuda important
