Any stores that accept returns to a different credit card?

Costco used to have this but they stopped completely for instore or online purchases. Wondering if there are any other stores that accept returns to a different credit card?

Get store credit , 

I get 3000 dollars yearly to buy IPad and I phone 

so I buy most expensive I pad and used to return at Costco for store credit 

usually hey don’t pay cash

Costco cheyatle bhayya. Now it Returns back to original credit card only. Anduke asking bhayya anything other than costco.
