Ask her.. go to mexico or canada stamping , you can go within 30 days of your h4 expiry and comeback to USA without stamping ...edo kotha rule vachindhi kada... and after comeback you can apply for h4 ead and work for 6 months...Just cancel the old h4 and h4ead which you applied ...and apply new h4 and h4ead after gettting back to usa...i94 ni H1 extension varaku istaru ata as per new rule..
