Nope. Your perception is wrong. only APEX, hollyspring fall in 10 mile EPZ of nuclear plant. other areas like cary, morrisville, raleigh etc. does not come in that zone. 

People mainly move here for job oppurtunities plus weather plus convenience of travelling to wherever they want. Also Raleigh area is University town with duke, UNC, AU, UNSC. 

also they can move out to another area by selling home anytime.

I was surprised by number of desi stores and restaurants in Cary and Morrisville area.. inko Edison la undi e area.. but, looks like homes are very expensive (~800k). So idi na budget lo ledu.

I was surprised how Apex was ranked 1st in population growth. Apex ki less than 8 miles lo Nuclear plant undi. Newhill aythae nuclear plant less than 2 miles radius lo undi. Not sure people know this, prices $700+ unnayi ikkada..

hollysprings, I see decent but again closer to Nuclear plant and there is a big dump yard. It was horrible smell.. 

I see at least weekly once some one posting that they are moving to NC. Not sure if they are moving to other places in Raleigh. If so, please post here..

Nuclear plants are every where … Charlotte also had nueclar plant in 20mil radius … visit Charlotte lo Concord/Ballyntyne areas more desi crowd

It’s not advertised.. mostly river unna Pakkana construction avuthundhi.. So soul and water are damaged..

You can look for Garner as well. Not sure why no one's considering it but it's much cheaper and well developed compared to Fuquay-Varina.

Also rather than living in snow areas like up north and midwest and piece of metros like LA, Chicago etc....it is always better to live in south. 😁

I got around 20-30 friends in Raleigh area, school friends, patha colleagues and masters friends.. andarilo only one person knew about it..

how safe is it to live near nuclear reactor? any data around it? i was planning to move to Raleigh NC but have to give it a second thought

US motham untayi bro. Make sure you don’t stay in 10 miles radius. Apex, New Hill and Hollysprings avoid cheysthae better. This is just my thought.

try garner, Wake forest or Fuquay varina.

Cary and Morrisville kudha better kani price is close to million for new houses.
