How to handle technical interviews

I am attending interview after 15 years. Monna oka interview zoom meeting loaa ayyindhi. I asked my friend suggestion..vaadu emi cheppadante..interviewer ki chance ivvaku..nuvve alaaa maatladuthu vundu ani

alaage chessanu...vaadu chivarloa  candidate did not give me a chance to ask any questions in one hour and require second opinion ani raasaadu feedbck loaa..

tech interviews elaa face cheyaali...question ki answer maathrame cheppaalaaa....lekha...mana real experience kuda cheppaalaaa..naaku assalu aathramu aagadhu..edhoaa vaaguthune vuntaanu (ofcourse technical gaane)

15 years long time. Just warm up in few interviews.

u don’t have to prove or dominate the interviewer.. just adigina dhaniki answer cheyi, form answers properly in a sentence.. not just yes no type.

Be presentable video ayithe atleast formal shirt.

Technical roles ki 2-3 interviews are very common… FT ki inkaa ekkuva undochhu.. depending on the company…

Makes sense to sit with bare as atleast 90 percent of interviewers are turning off their video and asking ours

Interviews will always have a set of questions that they would want to over during the interview to assess minimum knowledge of the candidate and by not letting them speak you are not doing yourself a favor at all... so it should always be a conversation rather than a one way dialogue 

Prepare your responses in STAR format with real examples from your previous work life as they will have higher impact... in case you don't know the answer to a question don't be afraid to say so rather than blurting out an incorrect one

Depends on interview type & the role ur interviewing for. Mgr level avuthey answer tho paatu relevant exp brief gaa cheppu.

Same, I took one tech m call and asked him to turn on video too before we proceed, he said no. Since then I stopped giving interviews to all big witches. Avoiding them got me second job with in 2 weeks
