To be honest, desi guys interviews are real torture. Most of the people don't even know how to frame the question and they don't follow any interview courtesy. 

They want me to on the camera and they dont on theirs. Hiring is like pelli chupulu. They want to know each other and not like rapid fire questions in game show.

All internet downloaded questions.
