Lasik and Smile both permanent changes.. Smile lo further correction cheyochu anta but chala rare ga untai alanti cases ani cheparu.. the only difference I liked is the faster recovery time and I am not eligible for normal Lasik because of less cornea thickness.

photo reactive keratectomy ani edo vundii but thats something different I believe.
lasik ki one of the prerequisites is healthy cornea and its thickness, even retina kuda check chestaru with some blue ruby (its been a while since I have had my Lasik).
so lasik ki prior emanna issues vuntey first avi address chesi tarvata chestaru.
I asked my doctor is it 100% safe; he said no surgery in the world is 100% safe nenu 99% guarantee ista ani cheppadu. I liked his honesty and went on to get lasik with him. he wasn't commercial at all at least while I was talking to him.

its okay to have your doubts, but doctor ni adugu, oka 2-3 daggariki velli check chepinchukoo and talk to them before coming to a final decision, India lo chepinchukunte oka 2-3 doctors daggara opinion tesukoo its just matter of couple of hundreds on what's their take on Lasik.
maa senior kuda last moment lo backout ayyadu to get lasik that's okay if someone is unsure, at the same time couple of my frnds got it too.

6 ante myopic or hypermetropia or astigmatism deniki idi
-6 myopia (near sightedness aka you cannot see far away objects) aithe side effects minimal dry eyes ostayii you can overcome them by using artifical tear drops.

Smile lo different kind of laser fametosecond anta, flap cheyaru scrape cheyaru.. laser tho lens shape lo corneal tissue (lenticule) cut chesi.. small arc shape lo pre corneal layer lo incision chesi.. cut chesina lenticule extract chestaru.
