KTR spending too much time on twitter, directly interacting with his constituency there is a huge problem.

It sets wrong expectations from the public, and breaks the chain of command at all levels. People complaining to KTR about bus stands is just insane.

Its better if he uses his twitter to give out updates of his ministry's work, instead of using it as a platform for personal PR.
