Ante.. He will just check if you can afford the amount you are asking... Yes there will be credit check...

For example ... Ippudu Nuvvu oka 2 million adigavu anuko.. Bank should check if you can afford that amount kada... That is what they do..

You can have debt bro ... But what they check is... Current Debt + House Payment ni afford cheyagalava anedi ante...

Example - Ippudu nee salary monthly --10,000 anuko..

And current Debt + New Home Debt = 5000 anuko ... you are fine... But if it is 9000 then not good... Adi vallu check chesedi ... Your pre-approval should give you that idea...

Don't take numbers of face value.. just example kosam using..

It’s already too late bro some houses went up to 50% , feels hard putting hard earned money in inflated rates but no other option seems
