San Antonio/ Austin/ Dallas folks please reply

Hello bros and sisters,

I am planning to move to Texas very soon. Been researching areas and have kind of settled down on moving to San Antonio and buying a house below or just over 400k. Austin and Dallas are kind out of my price reach now.

But have heard these 2 issues in all the 3 cities:

1) Clay soil which will eventually cause cracked walls in house.

2) Critters ( snakes, scorpions, cockroaches, spiders and wild pigs).

Paamulu, scorpions intlo osthey how to deal vaammo 

How big of a problem are these 2 factors in all the 3 cities, especially I am looking for feedback from people living in these areas currently. New construction illulu anni outskirts unnayi so I am afraid of these snakes, scorpions and house cracking due to clay soil.

Basic ga new construction jarigedi antha kuda kind of forest type land lo.. moreover backyard lo vegetables grow chesthe snakes osthay anta … those are 2 main reasons I heard about snakes

House cracks ante foundation issues emo… this will be covered by insurance mostly… 

snakes are common everywhere…. Most of the snakes are non poisonous….

Snakes untaayi baane and they will come into your living room, bedroom etc but it's not that common. 

Most of them are non venomous so it's not a big deal, but sometimes you can see rattlesnakes slither in as well. 

Best to have a dog that can sniff snakes(all dogs do) when you have a big backyard that's overlooking empty land or the Texas desert.

Bathroom lo varsham padinappudu ravochu, oka sari baaga varsham padinappudu storm drain lo oka paamu doorindi friend bathroom ki velli toilet bowl lift cheyangane there it was looking at him. 

If they get into the house, try to isolate them in a room and call animal control. Plenty of private companies there also specialize in snake removal, vallu ochi teesukelli potharu. Don't kill them anthey that could be a felony

Antha venom unna snake asalu US lo ne ekkada ledu bro so don't worry about that. Worst thing that could happen is it could bite you, oka sari kanna ekkuva cheyaledu adi kooda since it has to secrete the venom so oka vela karisthey ventane call 911 they will come and take care of you. 

Most police officers are trained in administering anti venom and ambulances carry those vials so em kaadu. Worst case lo they might ask you to get yourself admitted for a couple of days and you will be fine after that. 

Maa friend em chesadu bathroom bayatakochi called a local critter control company they came and took the snake away didn't even charge him, they usually get paid by the state.
