wow thanks for all the replies bros, so snake and scorpions problems looks to be there as per your replies.

But ekkuva aalochisthunnana manollu dallas lo living since forever and san antonio growing city now due to austin boom..

ento ardham kaavatledu..I and my better half iddariki pets alavaatu ledu...so keeping dogs or any pets at home is not an option

should not be a problem man, don't think too much about snakes.

I can only speak about Austin. Majority of North and west Austin is on limestone..So solids foundation is what I heard. But because of it the water is very hard so you need a water Softner. 
 

I also heard about snakes.. so I put a ultrasonic device that irritates all reptiles. So they will not come near
