Dude , please don’t move to Texas . 
 

1) most of Austin pretty much on limestone so no issues of foundation issues .. I never heard a foundation issue in Dallas also 

2) snakes / scorpion :  depends upon community , whether it is surrounded thick greenery or not . Ayina avi home lo ki Ravu unless all the time doors open cheste tappa.  Austin /Dallas lo mast mandi desis unnaru .. evadiki leni problem neeke unda

Thank you for all your inputs bro, they are a big help. Mee opionion about choosing dallas or san antonio area cheppandi if possible. I know dallas homes are expensive. San antonio job market boom vuntadha with spillover from austin?

Nenundedi kooda flat dry desert lo ne but live close enough to big mountains, I lived in Texas for 1 year(Dallas lo) and went to Austin multiple times. Aa chinna hillock(not even a hill) Mt Bonnell ki intha scene ichedi endukante adi tappa mottam dry flat land kabatti. 

Even the hills in Texas are nothing but little hillocks, lol
