Why do Indian politicians like KCR beg Tesla or some xyz company to put a plant while China is helping their domestic company like BYD

coz all these Indian politicians are jokers who dsnt want to nurture domestic talent and just grab votes in the name of Dalit bandhu or bongulo bandhu schemes and keep begging other countries to bring them here to show some statistics before elections

Start ups.or any mega induatries requires huge loans at minimal interest to meet high quality at affordable prices. As most chinese financial firms issues loans at very less interest <4% n sometimes null.. Most chinese msme large scales ind.s used to produce good quality products at affordable prices for mid n below mid classes which is a game changer

Compare the same loans in india where startups or largescale ind.s literally need to beg for sanctions of loans at very high roi min 16% which makes our industries not able to produce quality goods at affordable prices that ultimately lead to poor quality products

State governments cannot fund domestic players much. 

Its upto the center to promote financing to them , state govt at best provide some incentives on top of that 

And also extending heavy incentives to domestic companies is still thought of as a scam in socialist india
