Villas are bad investment brah. Spend more money on land and less on the construction part. Only land value will appreciate whereas the construction value will depreciate  over the years

Hyd city lo land 200+sq yard land ye 1cr untundi + construction cost another 70 lacs. Villa ide price ki vochestundi ga. Also perks of staying in a gated community like security will be missed if not for villa
