4-5 rate hikes antunnar gaa this year...... price rise will definetly come to halt this year........ crash ayyithe raakapovachu since Home inventory is at historic lows.

 

Sellers and foreclosures vachi malla home inventory long time average ki vaste...... then a crash could be imminent. Austin, Dallaspuram, Phoenix, Tampa, Salt lake city will be high risk areas.... Last 2 years house prices in these cities grew like tech stocks.

 

Avg house price gain per year is always 3-4%..... anything above that is unstable.
