Well it is not certain, trends are like that. So you should probably lower your expectations.
 

“physical freshness” shouldn’t be your top priority. You need to look common goals and family values if you plan for a marriage.  
 

As far a trend goes, 

All most all hotels have “couple friendly” and you can filter hotels based on it while booking. 

You can book for day only at a discounted price. “9am -6 pm”.

if both of you are above 18 and have an ID with you you can check in no questions asked about relationships , marital status  .. etc. 

Nenu hotel checkin line lo unna In gachibowli, na mundhu two couples unnaru. One of the girl is presenting her OPT card as ID proof. 

One week lo mostly couples tappa evaru kanapadaledu in the lobby and elevators, I guess no one is going to parks anymore.  

Overall I think it is a good trend , people having freedom to do what they wish without fear. 

I don’t want to generalize and imply everyone is having premarital sex, but definitely increasing in popularity.
