what's the problem selling villa? You can sell and will get white, pay taxes and get it back right?  I see more problem with farm land, anything in outskirts, etc. In good areas, can sell white and get it back I am thinking. We have a plot in West Hyderabad, rate is about 1.5 to 2 lakhs per yard there now. We probably can get white and bring back if needed. Only thing holding back is we might have to pay high taxes now since we are working too.

THis worked v well for uncles...they invested when the prices are in lakhs, good returns now. How they are brining money to US ..no idea.

Only 1 apt(renting it now and rent is used as parents expenses) and one villa (in which parents living in it)

It is in Jubilee Hills area. We are hoping we will get all white but yes we haven't really talked to any buyers yet. We have couple others in other areas but yeah probably will only get 50-70% white. I have seen some villas like 5-7 crores in Gachibowli area and looks like we can get white for those. Haven't explored yet if it worth converting land into those villas and hold for few years and sell.
