is that martial rape only for the first night or subsequent nights too ?

What I heard is , all it takes for a women is to write a complaint - no proof is necessary.

Considering the marriage & external situations, i think its wise to escape india for better future. Not as a student , for job purpose

I have 2 options:

Fly to europe 

or 

Start job here& do all the wrong things.

I have faith in jesus and he never guides me to take wrong step

any day - she just has to write a letter and husband is arrested . In one case, the day she reported - husband is away in another city. Doesn't matter. Husband proved with text messages that she has other affair - doesn't matter. Judge ordered immediate arrest and he has to compromise, pay 50 L and got divorce.

In most cases, it is more complicated - usually some other reason leads to filing 498A. This is one more law where intentions are good, but consequences are bad.  

Actual victims don't benefit, but other women abuse the law.
