270days
Conventional
fixed 30,25,15

rate add   0.375
upfront lock fee   0.75
Float down --yes

Rate Add – This % is added to the current rate based on the current rate for a 60-day lock
Upfront Lock Fee – This is the % of the loan amount that is collected by credit card payment as an upfront deposit; The upfront deposit is refunded at closing
Float Down – There is a one-time free float down within 30 days of closing to current market pricing; The lock will expire on the lesser of 45 days from the float down or the original expiration date
**There are no lock extensions on the extended lock options, so it is recommended to keep at least a 30-day cushion from the anticipated closing date

Don't worry about rates, its. a very bad idea to lock rates now for a Nov delivery home under construction. If the construction gets delayed you are more screwed losing all your money for rate lock you pay today.

Interest rates wont go up much, its speculation thats driving the market.

Wait until the home is ready and if you feel mortgage rates are too high choose an ARM and do a refinance later.
