Part time H1B

Hi All,

My friend gave notice to his consulting company to join a full time company.

He was with consulting company for 7 years and they applied for green card and he has i140.

After he gave notice, Consulting company is saying they will file for part time h1b for him and that way he can earn more money.

Anyone doing this ? Pros and Cons.

I do it ba, concurrent H1 and doing 3 jobs, 1 with primary 2 with concurrent
