నెలకు షుమారు 70000 జీతం తీసుకునే ఒక ప్రభుత్వ ఉద్యోగి ఈ ప్రభుత్వం తెచ్చిన పథకాల వలనే తనకు ఆశించినంత జీతం పెరగలేదని అంటూనే ఆ పథకాలు తనకు అందవని వాపోయాడు.

akada thagginchadu… he gave IR in 2019 on 10th PRC base pay pending implementation of 2018 11th PRC recommendations… now PRC is implemented that means you basic pay will increase and IR will be removed… basic pay perguthe all your allowances will grow (except HRA which they changed slabs) … overall salary thaggadhu but they won’t see much change in salary before and after PRC as they already seen change in 2019 when IR is implemented …

And one more thing to add is they should definitely topple ycp govt if they receive less salary than 2018 salary (10th PRC)… % IR is just an interm relief percentage until PRC is implemented … actual raise IR kante ekuva undochu or thakkuva undochu…

Adhey vaa chepthundhi… if your old base is 10000 and DA is 30% and IR is 30% you receive net pay 16000…

if PRC is implemented with 25% anuko your base pay is 12500 and DA is 30% aeithe your net pay is 16250
