employer % enta is reasonable?

HI friends, 

friend is GC vachindi , his GC petitioner is different desi company but looks it is a little big one than his employer  (employer is less than 50 employees) .

he is going to new employer basically now (his GC petitioner) . Since desi it will be still percentage ani anukuntunnadu .. but h1 file chese lolli emi ledu kabatti ..what is reasonable?Is 80-20 still reasonable or 85-15 or completely depends on payrate (payrate AFAIK it is less than 80 c2c)? 

employer providing health benefits. 401K undi but match undo ledo telidu inka

idea unnavallu please suggest

I m on 80-20 on h1b, i140 approved with same employer 

I pay my health insurance

Requested for % increase, employer said it’s tough as he has expenses and now h1b filing cost etc. is more

GC card unte ….He can directly work for primer vendor kada….consultancy ki enduku percentage ivvali…not sure experts can throw some light

he never workedd for that petitioner . He recently got GC so is thinking of working with petitioner for up 3-6 months and later jump or if project continues might continue for some more time.....

this is to avoid any issue in future when citizenship interview lo adigite ani he tolded

Understood…it’s recommended to stay atleast 6months

That should be fine 3 to 6 months… it should not give an impression to USCIS that u ditched the company after getting GC.

80 20 is ok.. employer has to pay lot of taxes too. Hope he won’t deduct his taxes from 80%. Check that
