I agree inventory ledhu. Adhey untey prices intha crazy ga perigevi kaadhu. U may be right too. Low inventory may hold the prices.

But buyers prospective lo choodu. Interest rate perigindi(Inka peruguthayi). So monthly mortgage increased by 10%. Stocks paddayi. Andari daggara liquid cash undadhu kada. For ex Bay area lo aithey min 200-500k down payment cheyyali. Antha liquid chaala thakkuva Mandi daggara untadhi. Ippudu stocks padatam valla aa money theeyaleru.

Another point.. chaala stocks ippudu 20-40% down ayyayi. Faang kooda. Market inkoncham padithey adhi 25-50% avuthadi. And surely it will be back in 1-2 years. Housing lo 25-50% increase in next 2 years is next to impossible ( interest increase, measures to control inflation. Etc). So if I had to pick between investing in stocks vs home at this point, I would wait for stock market to stabilize and invest in stocks.

 

All this is my personal opinion. I could totally be wrong too

Exactly... Bay area/Austin stands first in list.

Dublin Bay area lo 4 bed home 2.5m current price. Already people whose house hold income> 500k in Bay area cannot afford home in most of the places in Bay area. Inka perigithey 600-700k house hold income unna vallu kooda konaleru.

janaala deggara easy money perigipoyi inflation perigipoindi...ipudu control cheyaalante interest rates hikes, stock market correction...and now Wallstreet hedgies will be given responsibility to control stock market from sharp rising or pumping too much.

Housing ni kooda control lo unchutaaru...no decline/no rising but stable pedtaaru...baaga padda kooda bokke so they will keep it same by managing the inventory and interest rates.

Intrest rates increase already started. I don’t think they will back out of it. Otherwise there will be hyper inflation.
