the question is where you want to work bro for which employer ???? on what stattus you want to work on 2 jobs 

1 with pr for candadian employer and other on h1b ??

or two jobs on h1 b with one pay roll ?

one with pr one with h1b is fine but if candian employer agrees to you be in ou side counry 

you cannot work on h1b for loing by staying in canda

if i was you and its not in same line of business better not disclose bro , but as far as h1b aspec is considered no issues , jus ake the pay in canada no tax docs shi;ld be in US , canada axes canda lo pay cheseyi all good
