AP High Court sensational comments on PRC petition

The petitioners were questioned by the High Court if their salaries had been decreased or enhanced as a result of the new PRC. How they can file a petition in the absence of complete information?

finally.. Jalga govt submitted an affidavit.. PRC issue is purely "Administration'  Govt Matter..

The state government filed an affidavit before the Andhra Pradesh high court stating that no recovery of salaries of employees is being made following the implementation of 11thPay Revision Commission (PRC) recommendations.

The state government said that it was not mandatory to accept the PRC report and it was the discretion of the state government whether to accept or reject the recommendations.
