I believe under the great administration of sendral Ongole corporation did not have any governing body. Great rule indeed 

Let's talk about the paper factory farce , the MOU was made in 2017 . For two whole years no land was alloted ,  leave land , not even the location is finalised, no water facility , no power lines 

Okay let's say ycp caused them to flee , which other state did they go to ? None there was never any intention to invest  in the first place. Even after five years they didn't invest anywhere in India 

Just a fake MOU for publicity , like the rest of 20 lakh crores only 30,000 cr was materlised

Ongole district will also have parts  of existing Prakasam district . There's nothing wrong with it

Still according existing boundaries of krishna dist 

But it makes sense that all city limits  should be under single district .
