Go for it, if you have a need for it..and if you are comfortable with the payment. Continuously raising rents and inflation can make your money in hand worthless.

house demand increased bcoz of low interest rates.. but ipudu interest rate perigi..house rates 50% perigi.. ee price lo konte daring ane cheppali.. just bcoz of low supply reason
