Generic ga ila chepadam easy but ipudu unna market conditions lo konadam correct antaara….already internet rates 1% perigaayi and house prices are at highest…moreover we don’t get choice to chose since home inventory is less

i cannot suggest someone to buy now

Nuvvu enta wait cheste anta penalty u pay..either u pay premium(+40 to 50k every month) for newer homes..or have to settle for 1990 or 2000s homes and very far from happening area..and that also in crazy ugly bidding war..choice clearly is yours..telling based on my experience..specific to dallas market my suggestion is..

Dallas market lo bindaas ga rent cheyocchu.

Elagoo you pay property taxes equal to atleast half the rent.

When supply starts picking up, it will pick up quick. There is lot of land in Dallas.

Also, 5-10 years down the line, Dallas heat is going to become unbearable due to global warming. Not a good place to settle down long term.

I am just saying because of my last few months experience here..bought home of 4k sft..but it was pretty hard as I delayed more and foing each builder grand Landon Britton..every month they kept increasing 50k..it's insane..and out of that more n more wiatlist ..if u need home and kids school age jump in don't delay buy if u young kids may be it's okay to wait..just based on personal situation..
