Full time : How long it will take to decide

I have applied on Jan 03

HR Interviewed on Jan 10

Round 1 completed : Jan 13

Round 2 completed : Jan 20

and no news after second round. When I asked recruiter, the decision is yet t make. How long will it take for the confirmation. Emitoa....tension thoia chathunnaa...

Lot of factors ... did you try searching in blind and glass door on what others who have interviewed with that company have said

Jan 20th ante lite tesko in case u dont hear from them by today noon.

If they like you they will make a decision in couple of days but if they want to interview more candidates they will reserve decision… 

If it’s been two weeks then 90% it’s negative

Depends on company. Try to get to Recruiter, if he is an ass get to the hiring manager since you are already done.

 

Basically you are not in contention anymore if there's no update for a week but the suspense is torture.
