Downgraded from EB2 to EB3 in 2020.

But didn't sent medical reports in 2020.

Received EAD with AP in 2021.

I want to interfile and move back to EB2 now.

I have 3 questions regarding this.

1. Can we send medical reports along with interfile now?

2. Will my previous EAD with AP(came with EB3 downgrade) will be cancelled after interfile?

3. If I have any emergency india travel in future, can I still use that EAD/AP as backup during emergency, even after filling this interfile?

 

Please answer my above questions.

@csrcsr  out of context,  Interfile cheste,  USCIS confirmed they will issue a receipt notice for the I-485 Supplement J. This allows applicants to track the transfer.

Same scenario, can we change job once we interfile and waiting on 485 approval. I am still on my H1b and not used ead/ap. Planning to do interfile but not sure if I can change my job while the interfile is pending.
