I don't follow this chart too much le kaani morning banna oka cup coffee evening 5 or 6 ki oka meal with chicken ( no white rice ). Weekly 4 times fresh home made orange juice afternoon. 3 days fresh home made lemon juice evening time like 7 or 8.

No sleep issues baa. Sleep issues mana software brahmi la ki work pressure la vasthayi max. Naa old job la too much support vundedhi so sleeping issues vundedhi but not with food. Job change ayyaka asalu sleep issues anede ledu
