intermittent fasting

Recommended Posts

Cut down processed foods, refined sugar, refined carbs and workout for an hour a day.

Diets are all fad. Intermittent fasting seems fine, but the benefits it brings is still not studied properly.

Andaru edho oka diet plan teeskosthunnaru. Veeramachhaneni ani oka luchha gaadu tokkalo keto diet ni study chesi tv lo chitikalu vesi savaal chestunnadu vaadi deggara adhi edho science undanta. Ilanti Boku yedhavalani follow avvakkarla

Better to consult nutritionist.

Vegan diet kooda, try only if you are comfortable with it. Vegan diet does not have any magical health benefits. I only eat it for ethical reasons.

In future when lab grown meat is available, I'm open to trying it

From what I've heard though vegan diet is supposed to provide cleansing at a deeply cellular level. One of my friends is a competitive cyclist and he used to swear by vegan diet for peak performance. Now he's above 40 and coming off an injury so not on that diet anymore but he still says he never felt better than when he went vegan

Anyway guys sorry I was just kidding. I don't smoke at all or drink that much, I drink the occasional beer, wine or scotch when I meet a good old friend.

I have done intermittent fasting for around 3 years where I would eat all my meals in a 4 hour window usually from 3 to 7 and used to run 3 miles every morning on empty stomach. I never felt tired, my health indices were nearly perfect and didn't have any cravings either.

Relocating and family life has made me fall off the track but I am getting back to the IF lifestyle again. I found my recovery from workout and any muscle pain issues all improve by prolonged fasting and it's truly miraculous

Absolute cockshit. Athletes believe all kinds of crazy sh1t. Novak is hated for selling these kind of diet fads to fellow players.

This is the same belief like the people who believe mRNA vaccine is gonna change your genetic composition.

Athletes giving advice on food is just like a successful entrepreneur giving advice on how to run a business.

Both have survivorship bias, and sometimes a god complex since they have succeeded at something most people fail and shouldn't be taken seriously

I go on and off 16-8 intermittent fasting. You are not supposed to continuously do intermittent fasting. For me it helps, as we sleep late and most of our bad food/snacking is in those last few hours. Intermittent fasting with stopping food after 5-6 pm makes it hard to not have anything for first few days and slowly body gets used to. I usually stop after losing 10-15 pounds. Once I stop usually few pounds creep back, last time stopped from Thanksgiving thru New Year and just started back.
