no i agree 2 proper meals is enough if timed properly like early lunch 11:30 AM and 7PM  but he is saying within 4hr window so it is like dumping food  kada hungry or not hungry.

Ya prevention is better than cure, there is lot of kalti in restaurant food like food colors, sunnam in rice, used oils, msg and preservatives

The confusion was because of certain animal studies conducted with soy, where it's high phytoestrogens caused a spike is estrogens in animals. But similar effects were negligible in humans.

Yaa ok but not too much as it is again processed sometimes for swet cravings ok I do for my tea craving little bit

it is not good to overwhelm body at once and starve the entire time of the day.

I don't eat 3 meals. I condense it into one big meal and I have a smoothie before that. I don't know man I did this for 3 years and had improved health indices. There's no such thing as overwhelming this is how we have been evolved to eat. The 3 meals thing is just BS
