Hmm find consulting company it need not be desi who files 485 j bro easy ga dorukutadi job

Don't give gaps to employment history better to have continued employment past lo chala mandi gap lo unna vachindi but rule says continuous employment

Remember once u use ead and change employer interifking option back to eb2 unda leda kanuko

Picha lite.. find a employer who can give you an employment letter and you good to go… look for another job who accepts EAD (pretty much everyone does) and move on..

You can find a job with another company quickly, they need to provide a Supplement J with same job description as your laid off job

best way is to go on W2 with the same company that you may have a job offer either FT or consulting

other option is mestri ni patti jeetam chittieelu, but paina cheppina best and safe option
