They are all "worth" as any job change will get you at the bare minimum 30% hike...

Jokes apart...  What they give you is structure, support group and most importantly practice and mock interviews...mock interviews itself are worth half the price IMO if you utilize them properly.

one of my friend tried interview kickstart last year and they said it was helpful to an extent for cracking the interviews with FB/Meta and Google
